November 14, 2022 – AFLDS President and Board Chairman Dr. Simone Gold Remains Uncompromising Despite Defamatory Lawsuit Based on Demonstrably False Claims

NAPLES, Fla. – a stalwart mother of two boys who spoke out against lockdowns and in support of safe early treatment, later proven to save lives during the coronavirus pandemonium, became the Founder, President, and Board Chairman of America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS), and this “America’s Doctor” has been both beloved and viciously attacked ever since.

After being fired simultaneously from two hospitals where she had given exemplary service, for safely prescribing approved medications to patients stricken with the coronavirus and speaking accurately to the public, she nevertheless continued to spread a message of hope and healing, with thousands of lives saved and benefited by her persistence. Dr. Gold has received tens of thousands of testimonies confirming this.

A dubious media outlet then published a fraudulent story claiming Gold was implicated in a data breach threatening the security of telemedicine patients. Despite the breach being a complete fabrication later debunked by a cybersecurity audit, and despite Gold not actually being a part of the telemedicine company, this bogus story was nevertheless used as the sole justification for government threats against her and incited a deluge of further defamatory media pressure. She ignored it all, pressing forward to continue serving the American people.

The fake story tactic is now being repeated with a fraudulent lawsuit filed as a pretext to defame her character and distract from her mission; this comes on the heels of her overcoming a politically motivated and highly vindictive 60-day prison sentence for a January 6 misdemeanor plea, only to find on her return from prison that AFLDS had been hijacked in a hostile takeover attempt in her absence. Once again, she refuses to be silenced or sidetracked from the critical work of AFLDS.

In response to hostile takeover actions intended to defame and remove Gold from the humanitarian organization she founded, AFLDS Physician Liaison Dr. Bryan Atkinson said “I represent over 500 medical professionals who are proud to call themselves America’s Frontline Doctors, and I can state emphatically not a single one of these professionals sought to affiliate with our organization because of…any board member. Dr. Simone Gold IS America’s Frontline Doctors. It is laughable and pathetic to think the organization is sustainable without her.”

As this dispute is still in litigation, Gold has declined further comment on the matter pending court action but she unequivocally confirms the substantive claims in the lawsuit are false, and assured the public and the many supporters of AFLDS across the nation that “AFLDS continues to operate in pursuit of its mission to provide the public with accurate and independent information related to science, medicine, and civil liberties…We must Drain The Science Swamp.” She urges everyone to support the #WeWantGold legal defense to defeat the recent attacks.
